BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT(S) FROM DIMPLE CHOHAN, YOU ACCEPT THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH US UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME.
COPYRIGHT
All designs are the copyright and property of Dimple Chohan. Neither you nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way without permission from Dimple Chohan. We reserve the right to reproduce, photograph and/or publish, on any website and/or social media platform, any part of the design(s) created for you.
QUOTES AND DEPOSITS
Quotes are valid for 14 days only.
Any deposit payment requested by us must be paid before any design work begins. All deposits are non-refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid in full before printing takes place.
FOR SMALLER ORDERS
An Etsy listing will be created for smaller orders, and full payment will be required at the time of purchase. Please note that small orders include orders under £2,500, certain terms and conditions may apply.
PAYMENT METHODS
Option 1: Payment via Etsy
Transactions are handled through Etsy. Etsy payments are due in full. Upon your confirmation, I’ll create a listing for your order on Etsy, where you can securely make your payment. Please note that full payment is required before items go to print and the design is approved.
Option 2: Payment via Bank Transfer
You can pay via direct bank transfer. Bank transfers can be made as a non-refundable deposit. Upon confirmation, I’ll provide you with the necessary bank details for the transfer. Please ensure full payment is made before items go to print and the design is approved.
PROOFS AND REVISIONS
For house collection designs, you can make up to 2 free revisions to your design. Thereafter, revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of £20. All amendments are kindly requested within 5 days of receiving your first proof.
For bespoke designs, you can make up to 2 free revisions to your design (original proof plus 2 changes). Thereafter, revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of £20. All amendments are kindly requested within 3 weeks of receiving your first proof.
You are responsible for proofreading all text and copy in the digital proof(s) supplied to you. By approving your final proof(s) for print, you accept full responsibility for the information, spelling, grammar and layout as shown in the final proof(s). If mistakes are found after you approve the final proof(s) and your items need to be reprinted, you will be charged for the reprinting. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your proof(s) carefully before approving them for print.
TIMELINE
Once the proof(s) have been approved the order will take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
Dimple Chohan will attempt to provide the best price possible within the timeframe given. However, this may not always be possible where short timelines are given, and the price will reflect that.
Project times are to be agreed upon by both parties in writing at the time of the booking. Any changes in the times by the client will need to be made in writing for the changes to occur and finalized with to total cost of the project amended as well. If upon/passed the agreed date, the artwork is still being amended, Dimple Chohan is not liable or held responsible for any late delivery.
Cancellations by the client will need to be made in writing to Dimple Chohan. In the event of client cancellation, deposits or monies paid are non-refundable.
If there is a cancellation by Dimple Chohan and there has been a deposit paid by a client, then the client will receive the full amount of the deposit back.
A non-refundable payment (full payment or deposit) will confirm the job for your chosen dates. Failure to make the payment may result in your dates being booked by another client. Any payments made through a bank transfer must be cleared before the products are handed over to the client.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS
We do not offer any refunds on personalised/customised orders due to the personal nature of the goods. This applies to all items which are tailored to you specifically, including but not limited to, wedding invitations, save the dates, table plans, menus, place cards and table numbers.
If upon receiving your product(s), they are damaged or the printing is deemed faulty, you may request a reprint within 5 days of receiving the product(s). A reprint request must be made in writing or via email, with photographic proof of the damaged item(s). We will not reprint your product(s) if the content is wrong due to a mistake made when ordering – this does not constitute faulty printing.
Reprints will only be offered free of charge if we deem that the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order. If you request a reprint, we may request that you return all or some of the product(s) to us first (at your own cost). We may also request photographic evidence of alleged fault or damage. Reprints will not be ordered unless and until we receive the returned product(s) and photographic evidence as requested by us. We also retain copies of all printed goods to enable us to assess any possible printing fault or damage.
We do not offer any refunds on damaged, faulty on missing items. Rather, we will reprint your product(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
PRINTING VARIATIONS
Printed colours may slightly differ from those seen on screen. If you are unsure about a colour, printed proofs are available on request, at an additional cost. Printed samples and printed proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Printing can result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as a fault.
TESTIMONIALS AND GALLERY IMAGES
All the testimonials on this website are written by clients of Dimple Chohan. By placing an order with Dimple Chohan, you agree to images of your stationery and any feedback sent via email being published on our website or on any social media platform.
If you would prefer not to have your stationery image or testimonial published, you can notify us in writing via email at any point and we will remove any images or text as soon as reasonably possible.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can view here.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Any uncertainties in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or service(s) following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
